Meet Sara
Delray Beach Team
Sara obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida.
Sara began her experience with the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders, first beginning as a practicum student to then transitioning as a full-time primary therapist and program manager working with teens and adults. During this time, Sara also began serving part-time at the Kids Cancer Foundation, working with children and families navigating the battle against childhood cancer. Sara worked with clients to cope with adversity, build resilience and find hope in the face of life-altering circumstances.
Sara approaches therapy as a collaborative process, guiding clients to explore their inner world, uncover their strengths and embrace their most authentic selves. Together, you can explore and increase coping, communication, and emotional tolerance skills with compassion. With expertise in eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief, Sara is passionate about helping others utilize the skills needed to live a more fulfilled life.
