In addition to her credentials as a RMFTI, Kristy is Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy certified. This approach focuses on enhancing communication, managing conflict, and increasing intimacy between partners. She is also a Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. Kristy has several years of experience working with caregivers in varying capacities. She is well versed in providing guidance as parents endeavor to understand their children’s emotional needs and navigate the intricacies of managing their emotions.
