Ashley Trevino was raised in South Florida and received her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Florida. She graduated from the Clinical Mental Counseling program at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Ashley pursued this degree after discovering her passion in helping others grow and thrive in reaching for their goals.

Ashley loves working with clients of all backgrounds, age groups, and demographics through individual, family, and couple’s therapy. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow in a safe environment that promotes building resilience. Ashley believes that the therapeutic process should be a collaboration that is client-led and therapist-supported. She looks forward to supplying therapeutic tools that best fit her clients’ needs.
